Anti-graft agency detectives on Wednesday morning raided Deputy President William Ruto’s home in Karen.
The Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission (EACC) officers also raided Farouk Kibet’s house in Karen.
A team from the Director of Criminal Investigation also camped outside Ruto’s office but the Deputy President is currently in his Muthaiga home.
Senior staff at Deputy President’s office have avoided going into the offices fearing arrests.
“We are here for a major operation…You will see what happens,” said one of the EACC detectives.
